ObsidianWire Custom HH for Strat® ‘6 -Way’ Switching
Split your humbucker pickups into single coils, allowing for traditional Strat® tones, and back again with a push or pull of the volume control.
To make your tone crystal clear at lower volumes we also include an ObsidianWire Custom Spec Treble Bleed Mod. This prevents tone ‘muddiness’ at low volumes by allowing high frequencies to pass along a separate path to your amp, rather than being stopped short by the increasing resistance at the volume control.

Great for beginners! I’m totally new to guitar mods and wanted to mod my spare Squier Strat with two humbuckers. As I never soldered anything and don’t have a soldering station, I decided to spend a bit more and purchase this prewired harness. It works like a charm, even though it required some research into wiring diagrams for the pickups I purchased, and some adjustments to the holes in my pickguard (noname from Amazon, so kinda expected).
