We are an authorized dealer for all new products we offer. All of our new products are backed by the standard Manufacturers’ Warranty. If you have any problems, issues, or concerns; please contact us immediately. We will replace or repair the damaged or malfunctioning item.
Payment Information and Tax
You will be sent an invoice within 24 hours of your purchase. This will include the final price, shipping total and applicable taxes (Canada only). Please pay within 3 days of your purchase. We accept PayPal only. If you do not wish to use PayPal, please email us for other payment options. Canadian residents will be charged appropriate sales tax. We do not charge tax on orders outside Canada. We cover customs, duties and brokerage charges into the U.S and Canada.
Our Canadian orders ship from our Toronto, ON warehouse and our USA orders ship via
Buffalo, NY when shipped via UPS. We will only ship to confirmed international addresses.
We ship via UPS and via Post for small parcel orders. Larger orders may be shipped via Purolator or DHL. Orders normally ship the next business day.
Remote locations, some rural addresses and areas deemed “Beyond Point” are subject to a surcharge. If this is the case you will be notified before your order is processed.
Free shipping order is valid on most orders over $90.00 before tax and under 50 lbs combined in Canada (except YK, NWT, NU and NL) and the Lower 48 States. Items that don’t qualify for free shipping are noted on the Product Information page. The excluded products usually are the overweight, large sized items. Free shipping must be selected as the shipping method upon checkout. This is a limited time offer – Solo Music Gear may cancel it at any time without notice.
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. We stand behind all products and will accept returns for credit, or full refund, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Returns are allowed within 7 days of receipt (except where noted on certain items). All goods must be returned in the original packaging with all packaged contents, including user manuals, accessories and parts. Goods must be packaged securely to ensure that no damage occurs on the route back to us. Once the goods are received in our facility, and inspected for damage, we’ll issue a credit or refund via the original payment source. Although we don’t cover the return shipping charges or original shipping costs, we do cover the original purchase price.
