If you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days of receiving your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund.

Return Shipping Process
Return labels will be provided for items that are defective, missing and/or incorrect. Please use the Contact Us form to start your return process and provide your order number, item(s) being returned, name and address. If you are registered on, you may also use the Support Portal

For all other returns, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs (COD is not accepted).  Please note, that the customer is responsible for the product(s) until it arrives at our warehouse, so please select a shipping method with tracking.

International Customers (Outside of Canada): Please Contact Us with your order number and details of the return prior to sending any parcels back.

Limitations and Exceptions
Our return policy is put in place to ensure customer satisfaction.  However, Solo Guitars reserves the right to refuse returns to those taking advantage of this service.
