This is a useful tool.
I find these to be a little finicky. I seem to always be adjusting the tuning on it.
It installed nicely on my Fender Strat with an original Floyd Rose.
However, it didn’t work as well on my Jackson Floyd Rose. After a lot of experimentation, I ended up using the shorter screw without the spring and it works fine. With the spring, it had enough tension to push it forward a little when dive-bombing, and it would come back up partially engaged and throw it out-of-tune. I don’t remember what the issue was using the longer screw, but there was a reason I didn’t go that route.
