I purchased these locking tuners for my daughters Squire Strat that I got her for Christmas. I have the same on my Fender and thought she she would benefit from them as squires never seem to stay in tune. If you’re installing them on an American made Fender it should be a simple re & re (remove & replace). With the Squires the guide pins Are slightly off so I had fill the holes with small dowels and re-drill small holes for the guide pins. Just take your time and you can do it. I’m a home self taught luthier and have purchased quite a few tools and accessories from Solo. They’ve always been great. From the delivery time (as I’ve moved from Toronto to PEI) to the packaging. Plus their prices are pretty good. Trust me I do my homework. You won’t go wrong. I don’t do reviews but when I like something I like something!
Thank you Solo!!!!
