I have a wide (44.7 mm) Warmoth Fender Tele style neck, so this (44.8) nut is perfect for the nut slot width with a light buffing of the ends. I had a 43 mm one but it didn’t look good to have slot showing at the ends of the nut. Be aware that the E-E spacing on this one is only 34.7 mm, whereas the 43 mm wide nut E-E spacing is 35.3 mm, caused by the low E-A, A-D, and D-G spacing to be slightly less then the uniform 7.2 mm string to string spacing of the 43 mm wide nut. They are both GraphTech Black Tusq nuts, so it’s a little disappointing.
