Just buy them…seriously. Great quality, super easy to install, stable. I was pulling my hair out trying to find Kluson style tuners for my Classic Player Jazzmaster neck. For some reason, the neck has a 122mm e to e tuner spacing. Every set of Kluson style tuners (Gotoh, Fender, Kluson, Ping) are made for 119mm. This means that there is a 3mm gap spread across 5 tuner spaces. I just couldn’t deal with that. What’s the point of locking tuners if they aren’t stable in the peg holes. After a bunch of online digging I learned about these Hipshot tuners. They are not Kluson style, but that’s a secondary priority for me. Installation took 5 minutes, they are rock solid and I’m confident any tuning issues won’t be caused by these tuners.
