My Marshall Silver Jubilee died and my internet hunt told me it was the power tubes and luckily the Jube is Cathode Biased and I didn’t need to take it to the shop. All I needed was new tubes. Thankfully we have choices in Canada and I went to Solo to hunt for tubes. I found a set of Apex matched and in a couple of days they were delivered. My amp sounds GREAT! Like a whole new amp. Apparently power tubes die slowly over time and you don’t notice so easily. I have certainly noticed the difference now my JJ tubes arrived!
