This template is very accurate. When I tested it with Epiphone and Seymour Duncan P90 covers it was a perfect fit.
However when I received my Mini Humbucker with the P90 adaptor mounting ring after the cavity was routed the ring
was about 1/32” bigger in both directions, L & W. So I repositioned the template to leave a 1/64” step inside the cavity
on the top and neck sides then routed the edges. Repeated for the bottom and bridge sides. Now its a perfect fit and it took
les than 10 minutes. I guess that the adaptor ring was wrong.
