This Solo guitar body is intended as a replacement or DIY project. Body specifications may have a +/- 1 or 2mm variance. If using this body with a non Solo neck / Solo hardware, slight modifications may be necessary in order to achieve a proper fit.

The paint finish and gloss coat is fantastic. However, this body will require significant work as part of a build. You will have to drill a hole between the output jack cavity and the main electronics cavity for the wire leads. You will have to drill a hole between trem claw and main body cavity for the ground wire. The neck pocket will need holes drilled for a standard 4-screw neck plate. The body cavity and neck pocket have a very rough finish (from paint overspray?). Neck pocket in particular will require a good sanding in order get a snug neck fit. I test fit a neck into the neck pocket and it is otherwise a good fit, so I trust that it is cut to Fender spec.
