The Tremol-No™ is a patented device that is added to an electric guitar equipped with a tremolo/vibrato unit. It allows guitarists to turn their tremolo unit “on” (so they can raise or lower the pitch of the note with the tremolo unit) or “off” (where the tremolo unit doesn’t move at all; no lowering or raising of the note pitch via the tremolo system).

The Tremol-No Large Clamp type is designed to work with tremolo blocks that are thicker than 10mm. The Large Clamp is designed to attach to very thick tremolo blocks (up to 14mm), like those found on vintage Strats, PRS, and upgraded Floyd Rose tremolo blocks.

The Large Clamp-type can work with thinner tremolo blocks, but the clamping screw and alignment pins on the tailpiece will extend further than necessary, and may prevent full tremolo travel.
