Hello there. Been wanting to try a Babicz full contact bridge for a while now. The narrow spacing fit my older import strat body with no issues. Just measure yours carefully before ordering. One thing I had to do was drill out the pivot holes in the body to accept the special trem screws. These screws are a lot like the PRS type with narrow machining just under the screw heads. If you’ve had experience with this type before then you know you must be patient and do the job right, no forcing! I really like the locking design of this bridge, looks awesome and functions as it should, although I am not an aggressive wammy-er. Took me only a half hour to switch old trem out including careful drilling. Setup of intonation and height was another half hour. Overall I am very pleased with the Babicz locking trem. There is no slipping or going out of tune which in turn gives the player a confidence boost to be more creative and therefor play better music. Thanks to Solo guitars for having this on sale, and thanks for reading. Best of luck with yours. da-no

Hiya. Like Dan wrote in the review above, I have also wanted to try one of these for a long time and I’m glad I did. No issues with pivot holes here, though. It installed easily and with no modifications. Set up and intonation was a breeze and after everything tightens down it’s pretty much a no fuss, just play, bridge.

I especially like how it’s smooth against the heel of my palm for muting, etc. No sharp ends of saddle screws against my right hand which I have always found a bit annoying on classic Fender bridges and it looks gorgeous on one of my Strats. After playing on this one for a while I’m sure I’ll get another one or two pretty soon!

As always Solo got this to me along with other items very quickly. Solo is becoming quite the toy store for me! Very happy customer!

    Thanks Solo!
