Works the same as the regular Bigsby arm. Feels better in my hand to me.

VERY nice. Super comfortable. Obviously they have the arm in your hand while playing. It does change the feel of the tremolo though . You have less of that super smooth Bixby feel.
I love this arm though
PS: the actual cam, which comes with the arm, might not be compatible though. The one that came on the Chet Atkins arm was not large enough to slip onto the shaft so I had to remove/keep the arm from my original Bixby and install the Chet Atkins arm. Just took a couple of minutes though.
