These are good strings; they have a nice mellow tone as you would expect. They are forgiving on the fingers, and respond well in a fingerstyle environment. You can’t go wrong with D’Addario. They have been in the business long enough to know how to produce a dependable product. I gave a 4 star rating, because I prefer another brand which agrees a little more with my ear.
