Description
Our Blender wiring has 1 volume, 1 master tone, and a Blender pot. In the neck position you can blend the bridge pickup in as much as you want. In the bridge position you can blend the neck pickup in as much as you want. In positions 2 and 4 you can have all three pickups on at once. The nicest part about it is the fact of it being so user friendly. Everything else seems to be hard to use on the fly.
Our Emerson Pro split shaft pots are made to fit USA Spec 24 spline push-on knobs. Some USA & Import Guitars will need new USA Spec Knobs as even some US makers use import spec parts which will not work with our pots. We recommend that you don’t rush the knob install process. If your knob is too tight and is not going on, slightly crimp together the top of the potentiometers shaft ever so slightly so that when you go to push on the knob you don’t damage the pot shaft by exerting too much downward pressure.

Hi,
First of all Solo sent me the wrong wiring harness (the 250K not the blender) which is an easy mistake to make. They were absolutely wonderful about sending me the right one promptly, along with a return shipping slip for the other one.
I installed this on a 1982 Tokai strat. This guitar has always had serious mojo and sounds awesome, especially for vintage strat tones. Unfortunately, the original volume pot blew and I decided to give the blender harness a go. This is an amazing upgrade. I seem to always turn the blender on a little on the neck and bridge positions and the full blend is really nice too. But not only that, the guitar just sounds better in any position and is even a little bit quieter in hum causing scenarios. I also find the volume pot rolls off quite nice. I would highly recommend this upgrade or any Emerson product based on my experience.
