Description
Hosco compact fret crowning files are a great tool for working on frets. These files are wrapped in a rubber grip for comfortable use and slip free operation. The rubber grip also acts as an indicator for the coarse and fine side, as well as the filing direction. These files are sold individually.
Comes in 3 different file sizes:
HC-FF1 – Small -Has a 1mm radius for mandolins and ukuleles etc
HC-FF2 – Medium – Has a 2mm radius for shaping medium fretwire
HC-FF3 – Large – Has a 3mm radius for large/jumbo fretwire.
Features
- Each file measures 100 x 20 x 4mm without the rubber grip
- The bigger triangles mean “coarse” on one side and the smaller triangles mean “fine” on another side
- The arrows dictate direction of filing.
