Description

Oxford Supply Co specializes in traditional Nitrocellulose Lacquer for guitar builders, finishers, DIY’ers, kit builders, refinishers and repairs.

Our nitro is matched to some of the most classic guitar finishes from Gibson, Fender and others.

All aerosols come with two tips under the cap:
White Fan Tip – Produces a wide vertical fan pattern which mimics a spray gun, atomizing the lacquer at a very fine level. This tip is preferred for most applications for its consistent output, easy of use, and quick coverage. Recommended for spraying Sealer, Primer, Clear Coats and solid colors.

Red Cone Tip – Delivers a more focused, traditional, circular aerosol pattern. Very useful for spraying hard to reach areas like cutaways. Also allows for more control in spraying patterns such as sunbursts or headstock faces.

These items are only available to ship to the United States and Canada.

**Please note that due to the nature of the product, only Standard Ground shipping is available and will automatically be reflected at checkout.

This is a really nice butterscotch blonde aerosol, a lot of the ones that I seen recently on Fender guitars are way to orange in color when used with multiple coats and become very opaque.
This product has a nice yellowish cast to it and is more authentic to an actual early 1950’s Fender color and after spraying 3 coats onto an alder body that was primed with a vinyl sealer the grain of the wood was very apparent yet.
This is a very nice quality nitrocellulose lacquer and highly recommended!
