Very good quality for the pricing. The neck arrived without any blemishes or marks in finish. Frets are good quality and smooth on the ends. Good value for the money. Would recommend.

I am very impressed with the quality and looks of this Tele style neck. The ‘Invisi-Tangs’ are super smooth, and the ends are recessed from the wood edge enough that fret ‘sprout’ (from dry environment) is highly unlikely. An added bonus is that it is less than half the price of the Fender roasted maple neck (I bought one a couple of years ago).

Split the headstock on a Harley Benton partsCaster by installing new tuners without redrilling pilot holes. Guess the new screws were a little bigger OOPS. Anyways this new neck is a definite upgrade, it’s got some girth but is slick to play because of that roasted maple finish. It was a straight drop in, no adjustment required. Can’t imagine gaining much benefit from spending twice as much on a brand name. 5 stars Solo!

I’ve been a Solo customer for quite a few years and finally had to write a review. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Solo, their “Solo” band name items are excellent quality on par with the best in the industry. I build custom electric guitars for local musicians and enthusiasts, and have never had a complaint on quality of “Solo” parts/material I’ve used. And on this particular SOLO ST style neck, quality amazed me regardless of price. The value is simply there re all specs of the neck, period. I was impressed and actually ordered a TL style finished neck for my stock, fearing they would be sold out quickly. As another review stated, “can’t imagine gaining much benefit from spending twice as much on a brand name,” is true. Keep up the excellent work Solo!
