Description

This Nut and Saddle shaping tool has 3 different tables with #600 grit diamond sheet preinstalled. The H-NWT2 uses wear-resistant, self-lubricating POM resin for the body to reduce weight.

For Nut shaping: Start by making the bottom of the nut flat using table #1.  Then make the 90 degree angle perfectly by using shelf #3

For Saddle shaping: Start by making both sides of the saddle flat to your desired thickness using table #1. Then make the 90 degree angled bottom by using table #2.

1) 35mm x 180mm flat table – Use for flat surface job
2) 4mm x 180mm 90 degree corner table – Use for 90 degree sanding of saddles
3) 10mm x 180mm 90 degree corner table – Use for 90 degree sanding of nuts
