Description

The Wilkinson 5+1 hole vintage strat style tremolo bridge is a significant improvement over traditional vintage strat bridges while still retaining most of the vintage look.

It features 5 elongated knife-edge holes which eliminate binding on the screw. The 6th hole is traditional, keeping the bridge positioned properly.  This ingenious design provides the same smooth return-to-zero, get-back-in-tune functionality.  The staggered string hole pattern in the steel block produces a consistent angle over the saddles for increased tuning stability.

Includes Claw, Springs and Allen Key

Available in Chrome, Black & Gold

Features

  • Steel saddles for vintage tone and sparkle
  • Steel block gives chimes and overtones
  • Push in Trem arm
  • 2-1/8″ (53.97mm) string spacing

Great Trem system. The holes just line up with Solo’s Strat kit. I wasn’t sure it would fit, but the bridge screws went in straight. And it’s perfect. No issues with string spacing. It certainly is solid and heavy and big too. I can’t put the back spring cover back on now because the the block is so deep. The springs stick out past the body. But that doesn’t bother me. Overall I’m very happy, my guitar sounds great and stays in tune. The action and intonation is fantastic. And the shipping was incredibly fast. Thanks again Solo

very good bridge assembly I prefer it to more expensive brand name parts…. However no screws in package which was left me scrambling to find proper screws ???

I really like this bridge, but it doesn’t quite fit on my Made in Mexico Fender Strat. The holes “almost” fit the existing holes on the body but not well enough, so I had to force the 2 outside screws in. Can’t use it as a tremolo bridge now, so I set it up as a fixed bridge.
