Overall, I am very pleased with this kit. The wood was very nice so I went with a clear lacquer. All parts were included and the guitar sounds very good. The frets required a small amount of leveling, no problem. The only issue I had was noise when I completed the wiring. I double checked my work and finally observed the pre-wired tone pots were not correctly wired. Very easy to fix. All in all, I really enjoyed building this kit. Kudos to Solo!
