Description
If you’ve ever needed to change the angle of your bass neck you’ve probably used some form of a shim. That could be maple wood shims or even business cards. The problem with standard shims is that depending on the angle you need, these create a gap between the neck and the neck pocket. Many often feel because there’s not full contact, that there’s a lack in tone and sustain.
With our tapered shims, you can achieve the right angle of degree while completely covering the neck pocket.
Available in 0.25 degree, 0.50 degree & 1 degree
*Shim taper measurements are approximate and may have a +/- 0.01 or 0.02mm variance.
