Description

Oxford Supply Co specializes in traditional Nitrocellulose Lacquer for guitar builders, finishers, DIY’ers, kit builders, refinishers and repairs.

Our nitro is matched to some of the most classic guitar finishes from Gibson, Fender and others.

All aerosols come with two tips under the cap:
White Fan Tip – Produces a wide vertical fan pattern which mimics a spray gun, atomizing the lacquer at a very fine level. This tip is preferred for most applications for its consistent output, easy of use, and quick coverage. Recommended for spraying Sealer, Primer, Clear Coats and solid colors.

Red Cone Tip – Delivers a more focused, traditional, circular aerosol pattern. Very useful for spraying hard to reach areas like cutaways. Also allows for more control in spraying patterns such as sunbursts or headstock faces.

These items are only available to ship to the United States and Canada.

**Please note that due to the nature of the product, only Standard Ground shipping is available and will automatically be reflected at checkout.

  1. Kevin Godin (verified owner)

It does the job. I was expecting a more matte look, but I suspect that might of just been a lack of knowledge on my part.

It would be nice to have a photo of this on some wood for newbies like me, but still did a fantastic job sealing the paint job on the solo-sbk-150 I assembled.

  2. Marc Mongeau (verified owner)

    Easy to use.
Make sure to follow instructions and to prepare the surfaces accordingly.
Dries fast in between coats so it makes quicker than “curing” poly lacker to work with.
Polishing this lacker was a charm.
End result was up to my expectation.
    And it’s a canadian product.
