as it is hard to find lefty stuff it was nice to be able to buy this kit.
as a beginner, it was nice to have it come prewired.
I recently had surgery but it was still easy to work on.
best of luck to you guys

My husband was very happy with the product and has put it together and playing it. I believe it is slated to be a gift for one of our grandchildren. The delivery was expedient and the product excellent.

Built a “relic” Strat. Put in Tex Mex Pickups, and all new Fender Electronics. Used ALL of the kit’s hardware. SOUNDS AWESOME. Neck is straight, hardware holds up even after the “relic” process. I put an extra $100 bucks in parts & have an incredible axe. Less than $250 bucks= New guitar that sounds like a much more expensive guitar. Set up is key, you must know how to do it….. or have it done for you…….DIG IT!!!

This is a great guitar kit especially if you’re new to building guitars the neck fit tight in the body and if you set it up properly you will have a great guitar!

I’ve been hot-rodding guitars for a long time: it has been refreshing to start with a blank canvas. These kits are an excellent platform for modification – or build it straight-up. Finish it anyway you like, it’s a very satisfying process.

My second DIY that I purchased from Solo, had a blast building it. Already I’m planning modifications and looking forward to buying another kit. Friends are asking to build them one, I tell it’s not as hard as you think and I’m steering them to Solo’s website. Great product and great fun.

The kit was easy to do, and would recommend for beginners. Everything fit perfectly where it was meant, the wood was very good quality, and the parts pretty decent for a kit guitar. Keep as is or upgrade them later. No issues keeping it tuned, neck stays straight, and the pickups have a really pretty good sound! More lefty kits would be great, so many I’d like to buy but can’t!

Nice kit. For those worried about electronics assembly, only three wires needed soldering. The majority of the work will be painting and finish. Everything else can go together in a few hours. Website has instructions for assembly and wiring.
